We are looking for Door Technical Support Specialist and offer a monthly salary of RM2,000 to RM3,500. (Experience required)

2⃣ Maintain contact with customers at all times and respond to inquiries from email, phone or with walk in customers.
Understand the current problems encountered by customers and give appropriate solutions.

3⃣ Assist customers with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware or software, etc.

4⃣ Ensure that the client’s CCTV or network system is regularly updated and functioning properly. Make the system function optimally.

5⃣ Maintain efficient communication with the team at all times and discuss more effective maintenance solutions together.

6⃣ All technical problems and maintenance solutions faced by customers must be very complete Filing and documented so that they can be used for future reference.
